What as an ePortfolio, and how can you use them?

An ePortfolio is an electronic version of your portfolio or resume.

It will be a digital collection of your experiences, qualifications, reflections, etc. It can contain different types of evidence of your work - photographs, web sites, bloggs, reflections, videos, documents. What ever you can upload to provide examples of who you are and what you can do.

This could be a collection of evidence for a student for study or RPL, or your resume for a job application.

Here are some different platforms you could use to create an ePortfolio. How many more can you add? Please send us your suggestions, and a link so that we can extend this resource.

Open Source - free, but needs to be "hosted". Having a system able to host and administer the program
is usually where the cost associated can become impacting on the decision.
Various institutions will offer hosting, but at a cost.
